If you are volunteering to coach then you will be required to upload the above documentation during the registration process. You will also be charged a $15 fee when requesting your Criminal Record Check.

East Park Little League will reimburse all coaches/assistant coaches and board members for this requirement.

Please forward a copy of your receipt to our Safety Officer for reimbursement.
