Criminal Record Check
East Park Little League requires every adult (18+) in repetitive contact with EPLL athletes to hold a current Edmonton Police Service Criminal Records with Vulnerable Sector Check (CRC) by May 1 of each year.
This policy affects team coaches, team assistant coaches, team managers, adult umpires, and all EPLL Board members.
CRCs are valid for one year. If you do not have a current CRC, you may request one online by clicking the link below.
You may need an EPS Reference Letter when submitting. In the event that you are required to produce a reference letter, a copy is available for download during the coach registration process.
Results typically take 2-3 days to get back. Once you receive your CRC result, please proceed with your coaches registration and upload it when prompted. Please also forward your CRC receipt to our Safety Officer for reimbursement.
The same individuals required to hold a current Edmonton Police Service CRC are also required by Little League International to complete a volunteer application form. Visit our Safety page to download the form.
Once completed, please attach your Volunteer Application Form and a scan or copy of government issued photo identification to your coaches registration when prompted.
